Aluminum honeycomb panels can be virtually limitless in design and construction. We offer extensive CNC machining capabilities and design advantages. This enables us to make precision aluminum honeycomb panels with high tolerances, while still being cost effective. We offer to you pre/post machining, edge profiling, internal/external parts, hinges, drilling/tapping and more to any aluminum honeycomb panel. We are pleased to produce “flat” aluminum honeycomb panels. We have directed our focus, and believe our laminating process produces a flatness that is unmatched. Our lamination is performed on a Grade AA granite surface plate that holds a flatness tolerance of 0.0005”. This surface is 6’x12’ and we are able to ensure flatness on even the largest of panels. Our panel lamination area is also temperature controlled to ensure adhesive cures properly. Standard sandwich, oversize, complicated, and made-to-order panels are all offered.

Flatiron Panel Products is the leading supplier of oversized aluminum honeycomb panels. To date, we have manufactured panels as large as 60” x 300” with no seams on the exterior side of the panel.
